Henry draws on his many years of production and development experience to manage development projects for Metafoundry. Working with the technologies of the World Wide Web since its beginning, Henry is experienced in a variety of programming environments as well as back end platforms. He brings together knowledge of web technologies along with production, personnel, and client account management skills to manage projects from concept to deployment.Prior to joining the MetaFoundry team Henry developed web sites and managed development projects for companies such as TDK Corporation, Dover Corporation, Steiner Studios, The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, The Hotel Chelsea, and Deutsch Advertising.
Before the emergence of the World Wide Web, Henry worked in publishing technology, where he specialized in SGML development, long-document processing and developing content management tools for print production. He worked for both large and small companies, including Standard and Poor’s, McGraw-Hill, US Lynx and Computer Sciences Corporation, as well as research and development for U.S. Government projects.
Henry spends his free time photographing toilets for his series, Pictures of John.
