Kathleen Mahoney

Project Manager

Kathy's Alter Ego
Kathleen grew up in Brooklyn and remembers playing freeze tag, wiffle ball, and dodgeball in the street. Her first skateboard was a thin piece of wood with really unstable wheels that was a hand-me-down from her brother. Her next skateboard was a bright neon green one named "Executioner" with a dragon on the bottom. It was cool.

At the tender age of 13, Kathy got her first job as a dog walker and then as a secretary/stockgirl at a weight loss facility down around Kings Highway. From that point on, she worked at various places in various positions such as a lunch lady, security guard, billing agent, research assistant, secretary, bookseller, musician's booking agent, public advocate, assistant vet tech, and kennel worker.

Between jobs she lived off the paychecks, slept in late, traveled to various music festivals, and played countless video games.

In 2004, Kathleen decided it was time to get a little more serious about life and went back to school for a Masters in Criminal Justice at Boston University. She also took another stab at the musical world and did a few open mics as well as diving back into the indie music world and reconnecting with some of the musicians she used to work for.

Kathleen is an ordained reverend from the Universal Life Church, and has a congregation of 3 people.
